Job summary

Luster is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs across highways, bridges, transit, and water projects in the United States. You will review schedules, test recovery plans, and quantify delays in time and money using forensic scheduling methods.

The role requires 10+ years of CPM scheduling experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and risk tools, plus the ability to interpret scope and lead governance. Salary is $150k–$200k annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience for large heavy-civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with CPM baseline schedule development and progress updates.
• Ability to interpret scope and translate to logic-driven schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated program master schedule across design, procurement, third-party, and construction contracts.
• Review baselines and updates for logic, durations, and resource loading; recommend actions.
• Perform critical path analyses, risk assessments, and what-if scenarios.
• Generate narrative reports and KPI dashboards for leadership.
