Job summary

Luster National, Inc. seeks experienced Project Schedulers to support large, complex heavy‑civil programs across highways, bridges, transit, aviation, and water projects in the United States.

You will manage master schedules, analyze delays, and forecast cost impacts, aligning with project goals and client expectations. Responsibilities include building integrated CPM schedules, updating progress, and delivering narratives, dashboards, and risk analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience on large heavy‑civil projects.
• Experience with CPM baseline schedules, resource/cost loading, progress updates, and variance analysis.
• Experience with monthly schedule updates and explaining results in writing.
• Ability to interpret scope, drawings, and constraints into sequenced, resource‑aware schedules.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and risk management tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated CPM schedules covering design through turnover.
• Collect field progress data, update status, and produce look‑aheads and earned‑value forecasts.
• Run critical path and what‑if analyses for sequencing options and contingencies.
• Integrate external dependencies and long‑lead items into the master schedule.
• Generate narrative reports, Gantt charts, S‑curves, and KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Perform schedule‑risk assessments and track mitigation actions.
• Support change orders and Time Impact Analyses tying delays to costs.
• Enforce scheduling governance and mentor junior schedulers.
