Job summary

Luster National, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to lead complex heavy civil project scheduling from design through construction.

You will review baselines, perform forensic delay analyses, and test recovery plans to defend entitlement and sequencing decisions. You will manage integrated master schedules, conduct risk analyses, and mentor junior schedulers while interfacing with design, procurement, and construction teams to maintain schedule integrity and provide clear KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years scheduling experience on large (> $500M) heavy civil projects.
• Experience with CPM baseline schedule development, resource/cost loading, progress updating, and variance analysis.
• Experience evaluating time extension requests or Time Impact Analyses.
• Ability to translate scope into logic-driven, sequenced, resource-aware schedules.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Primavera Risk, and Acumen Fuse.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated program master schedule across design, procurement, third-party, and construction contracts.
• Review baselines and monthly updates for logic, durations, calendars, float, and loading; recommend acceptance/rejection.
• Verify progress against field records and challenge unsupported gains before payments or milestones.
• Run critical path and what-if analyses to test sequencing and recovery proposals.
• Evaluate Time Impact Analyses and issue determinations on entitlement and float ownership.
• Perform forensic schedule analysis using as-planned vs as-built methods and document findings.
• Conduct schedule-risk analyses and quantify exposure using Monte Carlo simulations.
• Integrate third-party interfaces and long-lead procurement to keep critical path visible.
• Generate narratives, look-aheads, S-curves, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Enforce schedule governance and mentor junior schedulers.
