Job summary

Luster National is seeking skilled Schedulers for large heavy civil programs in the United States. You will manage CPM schedules covering design through turnover, perform risk analyses, and prepare narratives for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of scheduling on complex projects, with proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools, and excellent communication skills. This role may involve hybrid or on-site work across major projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, construction, transportation, systems).
• 5+ years scheduling experience on large heavy-civil projects >$500M.
• Experience with CPM baseline schedules, resource/cost loading, variance analysis.
• Monthly schedule updates, critical path/variance analyses, and narratives.
• Ability to translate scope/drawings into logic-driven, sequenced schedules.
• Proficiency in industry tools (P6, TILOS, MS Project, Primavera Risk, Acumen Fuse).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated CPM schedule from design to turnover.
• Collect field progress data and produce weekly/monthly look-aheads and EV forecasts.
• Perform schedule-risk analyses and recommend contingencies.
• Support change orders and claims with Time Impact Analyses.
• Enforce schedule governance and mentor junior schedulers.
