Job summary

Voyager Technologies in the United States is seeking a Master Scheduler to join the Program Controls team. You will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoD, NASA, and commercial programs, using Microsoft Project, and ensure cost-schedule integration with EVM where required.

You’ll collaborate with Program Managers, engineers, contracts, procurement, and finance to keep programs on time and within budget, delivering visibility into performance across life cycles.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in project scheduling or program planning in aerospace/defense or similar complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (PM/Engineering/Business).
• Extensive experience building logic-driven network schedules for complex programs.
• Deep CPM knowledge, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
• Experience with baseline development and change control processes.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and schedule integration.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office applications.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication; ability to brief leadership.
• Ability to work across multiple programs with varying contract types.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules aligned with WBS and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, maintain network relationships.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems to support EVM.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines; support IBRs.
• Perform schedule performance analysis and KPI trend assessments.
• Support ETC/EAC forecasting with Program Controls Analyst.
• Tailor scheduling approaches for government and agile projects.
• Support proposal schedules aligned with technical and cost strategies.
• Collaborate with PMs, CAMs, engineers, contracts, procurement, and finance.
• Present schedule data and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and tool integrations.
