Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to own the integrated schedule across programs and ensure on‑time delivery. You will translate milestones into production plans, drive cross‑functional prioritization, and coordinate with program leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in master scheduling, ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite a plus), strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to present schedule status with actionable corrective plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of master scheduling or production planning experience in manufacturing.
• Ownership of a multi-program master production schedule.
• Strong ability to make cross-program priority decisions in a constrained environment.
• Hands-on experience in MRP/ERP environments and ability to translate needs into system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated master production schedule across all active programs.
• Translate milestones into internal production schedules and coordinate with program reviews.
• Develop cross-program priority and sequencing decisions when capacity is constrained.
• Define scheduling parameters and maintain schedule using spreadsheets before ERP/MES rollout.
• Lead weekly schedule reviews and monthly capacity planning with leadership.
• Identify capacity risks and mitigation strategies with manager.
• Provide direction to work order release timing and MRP parameter changes.
• Present schedule performance metrics with root-cause analysis.
• Represent scheduling in ERP/MRP and MES implementation workstreams.
• Maintain lot and batch scheduling for energetics programs.
