Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks a Master Scheduler to join the Program Controls team, coordinating with engineers, contracts, and finance to deliver on-time, within-budget aerospace projects for DoD, NASA, and commercial customers.

The role emphasizes developing IMS, applying CPM, and ensuring cost-schedule integration across diverse programs, with collaboration across multiple functions and lifecycle phases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in scheduling or program planning in aerospace/defense or similar technically complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for complex programs.
• Deep knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
• Experience with schedule baseline development and change control processes.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and schedule integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (enterprise scheduling tool) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including briefing program leadership.
• Ability to work across multiple programs with varying contract types and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with the WBS, Control Account structure, and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, and maintain logical network relationships.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems to support full cost-schedule integration and EVM when required.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines; support baseline change management and IBRs.
• Perform schedule performance analysis, including variance, float, critical path, KPIs, and trend assessments.
• Support ETC, EAC, and forecasting processes with the Program Controls Analyst.
• Tailor scheduling approaches to suit different program types, from government to agile commercial.
• Support proposal activities by developing proposal-level schedules aligning with technical and cost strategies.
• Collaborate daily with Program Managers, CAMs, engineers, contracts, procurement, finance, quality, and other functions for integrated execution.
• Present schedule performance data and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and tool integrations across cost, schedule, risk, and change management systems.
