Job summary

Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc. seeks an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to lead IMS development for complex DoD programs. You will own schedule analysis, EVMS implementation, and ensure artifacts comply with DCMA 14-point assessments.

Collaborate with engineering, program management, and procurement, deliver CDRLs, and provide timely reports to leadership on schedule status, risks, and mitigation actions. Occasional international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years scheduling experience in Aerospace/DOD/NASA environments; strong DoD program background.
• Experience delivering Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for schedules.
• Experience leading EVMS implementation and IBRs.

Responsibilities

• Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support project execution.
• Manage existing IMS for complex Government/DOD programs.
• Collaborate with engineering and program management teams.
• Deliver all CDRLs related to schedule.
• Conduct detailed schedule analysis, variance analysis, root-cause analysis, critical path analysis, risk analysis, and what-if analysis.
• Prepare, review, and submit IMS as required deliverable to the Government.
• Provide regular reports on schedule status, risks, and upcoming deliverables.
