Job summary

Voyager Technologies in San Diego, CA is seeking a Program Scheduling Analyst to support DoD, NASA, and commercial programs. You will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, apply CPM, and ensure cost-schedule integration with EVM where required.

You will partner with Program Managers, engineers, contracts, and finance to deliver on-time, on-budget performance, provide schedule insights to leadership, and help tailor scheduling approaches across government and agile programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or program planning in aerospace/defense or similar complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules aligned with the WBS, CA structure, and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, and maintain logical network relationships.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems to support full cost-schedule integration and EVM when required.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines; support baseline change management and IBRs.
• Perform schedule performance analyses including variance, float, KPIs, SRAs, and trend assessments.
• Support ETC, EAC, and forecasting with the Program Controls Analyst.
