Job summary

Voyager Technologies in California seeks an experienced Program Scheduling Analyst to support DoD, NASA, and commercial programs. You will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project, ensuring cost-schedule integration and EVMS compliance where required.

You will partner with program managers, engineers, contracts, procurement, and finance to deliver on time and within budget while mentoring junior schedulers and advancing scheduling best practices.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of scheduling or program planning experience in aerospace/defense or similar environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules.
• Knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
• Experience with EVM principles and schedule integration.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules aligned with WBS and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, and maintain network logic.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems for cost-schedule integration and EVM.
• Establish baselines; support baseline change management and IBRs.
• Perform schedule performance, variance, float, and KPI analyses; support SRA and trend assessments.
• Support ETC, EAC, and forecasting with the Program Controls Analyst.
• Tailor scheduling approaches for government and commercial programs; collaborate across functions.
• Assist proposal activities by developing proposal-level schedules.
• Coordinate with PMs, CAMs, engineers, contracts, procurement, finance, quality; present data to leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and tool integrations across cost, schedule, and risk systems.
