Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Master Scheduler to support a diverse aerospace portfolio for DoD, NASA, and commercial clients. You will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project, ensuring cost-schedule integration and alignment with program lifecycles, risk, and contracts.

This role requires CPM expertise, EVM familiarity, and strong collaboration with engineering, contracts, and finance to deliver programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years scheduling or program planning in aerospace/defense environments.
• Strong CPM knowledge, schedule risk assessment, and float analysis.
• Experience with EVM and schedule integration concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IMS aligned with WBS and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule checks, and maintain network logic.
• Integrate schedules with cost/risk systems and EVM when required.
• Establish baselines, manage changes, and perform IBRs.
• Analyze schedule performance and KPIs; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with PMs, CAMs, engineering, contracts, and finance.
