Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Master Production Scheduler to own the integrated master schedule across active programs in a high‑stakes manufacturing setting in Pueblo, CO. You will translate contract milestones into internal schedules, coordinate cross‑program sequencing, and drive weekly review cadences with operations and leadership.

You will define scheduling parameters, mitigate capacity risks, and ensure alignment with program management and customer delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of master scheduling or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to make cross-program priority decisions in a capacity-constrained environment.
• Experience maintaining a master production schedule within an MRP/ERP environment; NetSuite and MES experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present schedule status and mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated master production schedule across all active programs.
• Translate customer milestones and delivery requirements into internal schedules; participate in program reviews.
• Develop cross-program priority and sequencing decisions when capacity constraints arise.
• Define scheduling parameters and maintain the schedule using spreadsheets before ERP/MES stood up.
• Lead weekly schedule reviews with operations and production leadership; conduct monthly capacity planning.
• Identify capacity constraints and schedule risks; develop mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Provide direction to the Production Planner on release timing and MRP parameter changes.
• Own schedule performance metrics and present root-cause analyses to leadership.
• Represent scheduling needs to ERP/MES implementation workstreams and validate system schedules.
• Maintain lot and batch scheduling integrity for energetics programs across products.
