Jabil is seeking a senior Production Planner in Florida to lead planning activities for an assigned workcell, ensuring on-time delivery and production readiness. You will drive MPS accuracy, optimize capacity, manage forecasts, and mentor planners to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining BOMs, reviewing schedules with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in production planning or related field.
• Experience creating and managing Master Production Schedules (MPS).
• Experience with ERP/MRP in manufacturing environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all planning activities for an assigned workcell and ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish and maintain production build readiness.
• Optimize capacity utilization and demand sizing.
• Maintain revenue forecasting and planning assumptions.
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and BOMs.
• Meet regularly with Workcell and Manufacturing teams to review schedules and minimize changeovers.
• Own EOL planning and inventory liability management.
