Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Production Planner to manage all planning activities for a dedicated workcell, mentoring junior planners. The role focuses on achieving 100% on-time delivery, building readiness, and accurate revenue forecasting within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will own the MPS, BOMs, and routing, while coordinating with manufacturing teams to optimize capacity, run quantities, and minimize changeovers. Strong ERP/MRP knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or Master's 3+ years, or PhD with related experience.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all planning activities for the dedicated workcell.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and build readiness.
• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP.
• Reconcile MPS to customer PO coverage weekly.
• Maintain material control and BOM/documents.
• Lead BOM and routings for accurate WIP tracking.
