Job summary

Jabil is seeking a senior planner to manage all planning activities for a dedicated workcell and mentor junior planners and coordinators. The role focuses on ensuring 100% on-time delivery, building readiness, and accurate MPS with ERP systems.

The ideal candidate has strong MRP knowledge, BOM expertise, and experience driving capacity planning and forecast accuracy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This on-site position offers competitive rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience; APICS certification preferred.
Masters or PhD may substitute experience; supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP, including PO coverage.
Ensure 100% on-time delivery; maintain 95% MPS goal and accuracy.
Own production planning, BOM and document control with or without support.
Reconcile MPS to customer PO coverage weekly; communicate constraints.
Lead BOMs/routings creation for accurate WIP tracking and inventory flow.
Oversee EOL planning, capacity models, and material planning to meet demand.
