Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA is seeking a Master Planner to develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) in SAP, ensuring feasibility and timely delivery. You will collaborate with Production Planning, Operations, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to align material availability, capacity, and customer commitments.

The role requires 5+ years in production planning or scheduling, strong SAP experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in production planning or scheduling.
Experience developing and managing MPS.
Hands-on SAP experience in planning environment.
Experience with material planning, PO management, inventory control, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) within SAP.
Review production performance and adjust plans to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
Coordinate with Production Planners to ensure material availability and capacity.
Lead weekly MPS meetings and drive cross-functional alignment.
Monitor schedules for on-time delivery and inventory control.
Maintain BOMs, routings, and planning data in ERP systems.
Support EOL planning and inventory liability reduction strategies.
