Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Master Planner in North Carolina to translate customer demand into manufacturing execution, balancing materials, capacity, and production schedules to improve on-time delivery. You will balance schedules, optimize changes, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Materials, and Supply Chain, own the workcell planning, and mentor junior planners while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of planning, materials, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, and ERP systems.
• APICS certification is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on demand, material availability, capacity, and requirements.
• Load and maintain the MPS in ERP with appropriate PO coverage.
• Ensure MPS accuracy and alignment with demand and manufacturing capabilities.
• Drive 95% MPS performance and on-time delivery goals.
• Own planning activities and support BOM and document control for the workcell.
• Collaborate daily with manufacturing to adjust schedules and improve efficiency.
• Lead EOL planning and ensure alignment with final demand.
