CNA seeks an experienced claims professional to manage the most complex, high-exposure mass tort claims with national scope. This role combines coverage analysis, negotiations, and coordination of litigation to resolve multi-year, multi-party matters.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in claims or legal work, with a Bachelor's degree and preferred Master's/JD. Licensure within 90 days where applicable; base pay ranges from $97,000 to $189,000 annually in the District of Columbia,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in claims or legal roles with success.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days where applicable.
• Strong negotiation and leadership of complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the most complex, high-exposure commercial claims with national scope.
• Assess coverage obligations and prepare determinations; coordinate with counsel.
• Lead negotiations, manage litigation, and coordinate outside counsel.
• Mentor and train less experienced claim professionals.
