• Manage complex commercial claims with long-tail exposure.
• Drive exceptional service and continuous improvement in claims.
• Set reserves considering coverage, liability and damages.
• Develop and execute claim resolution strategies and settlements.
• Coordinate strategies with internal and external partners.
• Present high exposure matters to senior leadership and counsel.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and subject matter expertise.
• Mentor and train less experienced claim professionals.
