CNA is seeking a Complex Claims Consulting Director for the Mass Tort Unit. The position is based in multiple locations including Chicago, IL, and oversees the direct handling and overall management of the most complex, highest exposure claims in the Mass Tort Claims Unit.

Responsibilities include coverage analysis, negotiations, litigation coordination, and mentoring junior staff. Requires extensive claims or legal experience, with JD/Master's preferred, and licensure within 90 days where

Qualifications

• 10+ years claims or legal experience with proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's or JD preferred.
• Strong negotiating and leadership capabilities; ability to manage high-exposure mass tort claims.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage the most complex, high-exposure claims within Mass Tort Unit.
• Lead negotiations, coordination with counsel, and resolution strategies.
• Mentor and train less experienced professionals; present to senior leadership.
