Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, martech, or related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, architecture functions, or technical programs.

Aufgaben

• Define, maintain, and evolve MarTech architecture standards, principles, integration patterns, and governance frameworks across Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, Analytics, Web, and customer engagement platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight for complex, high-impact, cross-platform initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, compliance, scalability, reliability, and operational standards.
• Drive platform modernization, optimization, technical debt reduction, and long-term sustainability across the MarTech ecosystem.
• Serve as the senior technical authority for architecture decisions, escalations, and cross-platform challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and strategic roadmaps.
• Facilitate solution discovery, planning, and architecture decision-making for strategic initiatives.
