Job summary

Fanatics Markets is seeking a high-ownership, customer-facing professional to acquire, onboard, and grow a portfolio of high‑priority customers in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact and the long‑term relationship owner, responsible for outbound outreach across text, phone, and messaging channels.

You will personally onboard new customers, educate them on market mechanics and platform features, and liaise with payments, support, and operations to ensure a premium

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, hospitality, relationship management, or customer success roles with direct performance accountability.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly and influence customer behavior through direct communication.
• Comfort with high‑volume outbound outreach and frequent customer interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in informal, 1:1 settings.
• Highly organized, reliable, and accountable – you follow through.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments with minimal structure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire high‑priority customers through direct outreach to known leads, referrals, and targeted campaigns
• Engage in high‑volume outbound communication (text, phone, messaging platforms) on a daily basis
• Personally onboard new customers, ensuring they understand how Fanatics Markets works
• Educate customers on market mechanics, event opportunities, and platform features
• Own a growing portfolio of highly engaged, priority customers and drive ongoing engagement
