Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a high-ownership, customer-facing specialist for Fanatics Markets in Miami. You will personally acquire, onboard, and grow a portfolio of high-priority customers through outbound outreach across text, phone, and messaging.

You will own the relationship, educate on market mechanics and features, coordinate with payments and support, and drive ongoing engagement and retention around major events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, customer acquisition, hospitality, relationship management, or customer success roles with direct performance accountability.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly and influence customer behavior through direct communication.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and frequent customer interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in informal, 1:1 settings.
• Highly organized, reliable, and accountable - you follow through.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal structure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire high-priority customers through direct outreach to known leads, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
• Personally onboard new customers, ensuring they understand how Fanatics Markets works and how to get value from the platform.
• Educate customers on market mechanics, event opportunities, and platform features.
• Act as a dedicated resource for your customer portfolio, maintaining frequent, personalized communication - liaising with operations teams across payments, customer support, and other functions.
• Drive ongoing engagement and handle by reaching out at the right moments - before, during, and after major events.
• Represent Fanatics Markets professionally in customer conversations, events, and industry interactions, sharing product feedback with internal teams.
