Job summary

Fanatics Markets in Austin is seeking a high-ownership, customer-facing role responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and growing high-priority customers on the Fanatics Markets platform.

You will be the first point of contact and the long‑term relationship owner for a portfolio of key users, blending outbound outreach, white‑glove onboarding, and ongoing management across text, phone, and messaging channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, hospitality, relationship management, or customer success with direct performance accountability.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly and influence customer behavior through direct communication.
• Comfort with high‑volume outbound outreach and frequent customer interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in informal, 1:1 settings.
• Highly organized, reliable, and accountable – you follow through.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments with minimal structure.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and growth of high‑priority Fanatics Markets customers.
• Onboard new customers and educate them on market mechanics and platform features.
• Maintain frequent, personalized communication with portfolio and coordinate with payments, support, and other teams.
• Drive ongoing engagement and retention by proactive outreach around events.
• Represent Fanatics Markets in conversations and provide feedback to product teams.
