Legora, based in New York, is expanding its Marketing org and seeks a Talent Partner to recruit top marketing talent and shape our hiring approach. You'll own end-to-end recruitment for marketing teams, partner with senior leaders, and drive fast, thoughtful hiring in a high-growth environment.

This role is based in the Union Square office with in-person collaboration, data-driven processes, and a strong emphasis on candidate experience and process design across People initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company, with meaningful depth hiring marketing talent.
• Proven track record hiring high-performing marketing talent across seniority levels that matter at this growth stage.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out, not just executing briefs.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches without sacrificing quality or pace.
• Comfortable in ambiguity with a bias toward action and structure.
• Collaborative but direct, you influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for marketing, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing to process design, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs to stay ahead of demand.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through offer, as a Legora ambassador.
