Job summary

Legora is expanding its Talent Acquisition function and seeks a hands-on Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring across Growth teams in North America. You will work closely with senior leaders to define roles, build pipelines, and deliver a high-caliber candidate experience that drives Legora’s growth.

You’ll shape hiring strategies, partner with executives on strategy and build-out, and implement scalable processes and programs. This is a high-impact, in-person role at our Union Square office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company, with meaningful depth hiring sales and go-to-market talent.
• Proven track record hiring high-performing go-to-market talent across seniority levels that matter at this growth stage.
• Genuine commercial acumen. You understand OTE structures, quota attainment, and how a hire affects revenue trajectory, and you use that fluency to advise hiring managers and close exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across Growth teams in North America, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing beyond hiring to process design, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs, ensuring we stay ahead of demand.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency while maintaining a high bar for talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer, acting as a trusted ambassador for Legora.
