Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth environments (startup/scaleup/VC-backed) with depth hiring sales and GTM talent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across Growth teams in North America.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace and consistency.
• Contribute to process design, programs, tooling and broader People initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer.
