The role requires expertise in MMM, MTA, SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools, plus collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will partner with IT and data science to deliver dashboards, insights, and real-time performance analyses for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced analytics and statistical modeling for business performance, forecasting, and consumer behavior.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data analytics, from ideation to deployment with IT/Data Science teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence senior leadership.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact.
• Knowledge of MMM, MTA, loyalty, website analytics, and SEO/SEM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing science initiatives and develop advanced analytics for strategy and goals.
• Partner with media agencies to optimize MMM outputs and marketing attribution (MTA).
• Identify KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver timely marketing performance insights.
• Collaborate with data, digital, and technology teams to ensure data governance and integration.
• Design experiments, perform analyses, and quantify business value of opportunities.
