Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services marketing or related regulatory fields.
• Experience reviewing marketing materials, advertising content, disclosures and customer-facing communications.
• Experience with risk and control assessments and regulatory updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Governance team, setting strategic goals and mentoring staff.
• Oversee QA/Compliance metrics to monitor process health and efficiency.
• Evaluate marketing strategies, disclosures, and claims for regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, CRA, Legal, and ERM.
• Manage risk and control assessments, issue remediation, and marketing audits.
• Maintain policy and procedure documentation and stay current on regulatory changes.
