Responsibilities

Lead the Marketing Governance team, setting strategic goals and mentoring teammates.
Oversee a QA/Compliance metrics program to ensure process health and efficiency.
Evaluate marketing strategies, disclosures, and claims for regulatory adherence.
Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, CRA, Legal, and ERM teams to identify risks early.
Provide recommendations supporting business objectives while maintaining compliance.
Manage risk and control assessments, issue remediation, and marketing audits.
Maintain policy and procedure documentation and stay current on regulatory updates.
