Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Coordinator/Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborates with technical teams to develop winning proposals.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on proposal development experience and strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality and excellence.

Formación

• 2+ years of proposal development experience in civil engineering or related professional services.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for technical and client-focused narratives.
• Outstanding organizational and workload management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solving, ownership, and accountability with independent solution development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead proposal efforts for land development and infrastructure pursuits for NC/SC clients, with occasional cross-market support.
• Manage the full proposal process: kickoff, timelines, inputs, and deadlines.
• Write, edit, and organize project descriptions, resumes, narratives, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex information into clear client messaging.
• Ensure high standards through proofreading, QC, and AI-assisted review and compliance.
• Identify and resolve challenges to keep pursuits moving forward while maintaining quality.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, project sheets, bios, and boilerplate content.
• Research market trends, track leads, and gather competitive intelligence.
• Maintain pursuit records and support CRM updates (Deltek Vantagepoint).
• Support BD activities, events, award submissions, and digital content coordination.
