Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join the firm’s Southeast Marketing Team in our Raleigh, NC office. This team supports our Infrastructure, Land Development, and Field Services Divisions by developing compliant, compelling proposals and SOQs for clients across the Carolinas. The role involves participating in Go/No-Go decisions, managing and producing submittals, evaluating selection criteria, and crafting effective response strategies with strong writing and organizational skills.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of proposal development experience at an A/E/C firm. The ideal candidate will possess well-rounded capabilities in communication, meeting facilitation, technical writing, and graphic design, including knowledge of Adobe InDesign. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Development - Coordinate and manage the preparation of marketing proposals, submittals, and qualifications, from initial planning through writing, reviewing, and design production. Ensure all aspects of the proposal process are followed, and marketing materials are accurate, timely, and compelling.
2. Data and Content Management - Work with technical staff to record and maintain opportunity, project, employee, and client information within Deltek CRM system.
3. Marketing Communications - Support Management and Business Development staff on internal projects, presentations, award submittals, tradeshows, and special events for assigned divisions. Develop support materials, brochures, mailers, web content, advertisements, and other collateral as needed.
