You will translate technical information into client-focused narratives, manage timelines, collaborate with engineers and staff, and leverage AI-powered QC tools to deliver winning proposals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal efforts for land development and infrastructure pursuits.
• Manage full proposal process, timelines, and reviews.
• Write, edit, and organize project descriptions, resumes, and narratives.
• Collaborate with technical staff to craft client-focused messaging.
• Ensure high standards of proposal quality and compliance.
• Maintain pursuit records and assist CRM updates (Deltek Vantagepoint).
• Support business development activities and events.
