Job summary

Higley Construction is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Business Development team with content creation for proposals and marketing collateral. You will gather information from multiple departments, draft copy and graphics, and help manage submissions from kickoff through final delivery.

The role emphasizes organization, collaboration, and timely delivery, with opportunities to contribute to Higley’s brand and ESOP culture. Hybrid work is available with some remote hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; substituted with substantial construction industry experience
• 1–2 years in marketing, business writing, or graphic design is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFP/RFQ and bid submissions, organize proposal content in SharePoint
• Coordinate proposal process from kickoff to final submission, manage deadlines
• Create project interview and client introduction presentations with project team
• Draft proposal content and graphics; edit copy to convey Higley’s value
• Print, assemble, and deliver proposals and marketing collateral
• Develop marketing collateral to promote Higley Construction’s brand and values
• Support BD team with strategic marketing initiatives
• Perform other related duties as assigned
