Job summary

Dentons in Denver seeks a Senior Coordinator, Business Development to drive proposals, client development and market visibility across practice areas. You will collaborate with lawyers, BD team and practice leaders to coordinate content, events and competitive intelligence.

This role requires highly organized, detail-oriented professionals who can manage multiple deadlines, maintain CRM data, draft pitches, and support senior stakeholders in strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business development or marketing experience in a professional services environment
• Bachelor’s degree; a combination of training, education and experience may be considered
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into client messaging
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment; collaborate with a cohesive team

Responsibilities

• Proposal development and management: assist with RFPs, proposals and pitches and ensure accuracy and timely submission
• Practice and partner support: identify opportunities and coordinate client development efforts and cross-practice collaboration
• Business development strategy and research: conduct market intelligence and prepare briefing materials for leaders
• Thought leadership, events and visibility: support blogs, client alerts and events in line with branding
• Rankings, directories and profile-raising: manage submissions and articulate credentials for recognition
• Tools, technology and reporting: use CRM and marketing tech to track initiatives and drive improvements
