Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing within A/E/C industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required)
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and submission of strategic SOQs and proposals
• Lead Capture Planning for new clients and pursuits
• Develop and maintain marketing content (resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate)
• Create PowerPoint presentations and visuals for client interviews
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer on brochures and conference materials
• Translate project details into persuasive marketing language
• Manage multiple deadlines and communicate timelines and status updates
• Support branding initiatives and maintain marketing content libraries
