Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson in Denver seeks a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator to lead coordination, preparation, and review of proposals, RFQ/RFPs, qualification packages, and presentations. You will manage pursuit processes from kickoff to delivery, working with SMEs and the marketing team to craft compelling content.

This hybrid role offers growth in a 100% ESOP environment with strong benefits. Candidates should have a marketing or related degree, 5+ years in A/E/C, proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; knowledge of RFP structure and proposal process.
• Understanding of marketing principles; Adobe InDesign experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage coordination, preparation, and review of proposals, RFQs, and marketing submissions.
• Search for and enter RFPs into the CRM; oversee the pursuit from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop pursuit outlines; coordinate content with SMEs and draft major sections.
• Coordinate production, editing, and submission quality assurance; support presentations.
• Maintain marketing materials and support external marketing activities.
• Generate marketing reports and maintain data for leads and wins/losses.
