Job summary

WestLand Engineering and Environmental Services, a Trinity Consultants team, seeks a Marketing and Proposal Manager to lead a marketing and BD team across campaigns, proposals, and CRM. You will collaborate with the Communications and Strategic Projects Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful outreach.

This role may be based in one of our offices in Portland, Phoenix, Seattle, or Tucson. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in marketing and proposal development, strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing and proposal development experience, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of marketing and proposal professionals.
• Proven expertise in strategic proposal development, with the ability to quickly understand complex service offerings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with proposal management software, Deltek VantagePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing marketing initiatives for the company website, social media, and collateral.
• Developing client development strategies and targeted marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Leading end-to-end proposal development from opportunity identification to submission.
• Managing CRM strategy, data quality, usage adoption, and insights to guide BD decisions.
• Collaborating with Communications and Strategic Projects Manager on corporate marketing content.
