Homebase is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to ensure marketers get clean, reliable data and actionable insights. You’ll own data access, build pipelines, and work with Growth, Lifecycle, Analytics, and Engineering to enable AI-driven documentation and automation.

You will collaborate across tools like Iterable, Amplitude, Salesforce, and HubSpot, shaping the marketing tech stack and data governance. This is a hands-on, technical role with cross-functional impact.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years in marketing operations, marketing technology, go-to-market engineering, or marketing data roles.
• Build connectors, pipelines, or processes that make data usable by marketing.
• Strong SQL and comfort with APIs, webhooks, and event schemas; scripting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing data access and build self-serve paths for segments and audiences.
• Build and maintain data flows between product data systems and marketing/ad tools.
• Monitor data quality and governance; partner with RevOps on Salesforce data flows.
• Serve as technical owner of the marketing stack and implement tags for new channels.
