OneTrust is seeking a curious, collaborative Manager to join our Marketing Operations team and turn great marketing ideas into scalable, measurable programs. In this role, you’ll understand lead management processes, design thoughtful solutions, and implement them across our marketing technology stack, including Marketo.

Qualifications

• MCE certification or comparable Marketo expertise required.
• Experience with go-to-market tech such as 6sense, Qualified, LeanData, Salesloft is preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled marketing tech, automation, or workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and its marketing integrations.
• Solid knowledge of lead management including scoring, routing and measurement.
• Collaborative mindset with stakeholder relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Marketo Expertise: manage, troubleshoot, and design solutions for Marketo.
• Lead Management: monitor and improve lead scoring, enrichment, routing, and lifecycle.
• System Design: design integrated marketing tech solutions with minimal downstream impact.
• Campaign Design: partner with demand gen to build campaigns with clear measurement.
• AI and Automation: apply AI-enabled features to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Technology Partnership: evaluate and optimize marketing technologies.
• Troubleshooting: provide hands-on troubleshooting across MarTech stack.
• Consent: support privacy-first consent strategies.
