Responsibilities

• Own and drive Marketing AI & Automation backlog to prioritize initiatives.
• Design and build LLM-powered workflows and multi-agent AI systems.
• Deploy AI systems in production with monitoring and evaluation.
• Establish guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls and observability.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Martech to enable AI within tools.
• Document data flows, integrations, and dependencies.
