Job summary

Health Catalyst is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to own demand generation and marketing operations, driving pipeline growth across digital channels and ABM programs. You will partner with the SVP Brand Marketing and CMO to define programs and measure impact.

You will manage marketing operations in Salesforce and Marketo, set up campaigns, lead routing, segmentation, and reporting while guiding external agencies to deliver outcomes with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation or marketing operations.
• Proven ability to own lead generation end-to-end from concept to execution.
• Experience scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
• Fluency with funnel metrics and translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and pipeline growth across channels.
• Build and optimize campaign reporting, track funnel conversions, and recommend improvements.
• Lead marketing operations and MarTech including campaign setup and lead routing.
• Manage external agencies and hold them accountable to outcomes.
• Collaborate across marketing, growth, and product with sales alignment.
