Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic market initiatives and drive profitable growth across the packaging space. You will define market opportunities, craft value propositions, and lead promotions through trade shows and partnerships.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to align product, pricing, and market strategy. The role requires a four-year degree with marketing focus, 12+ years in packaging marketing, and strong analytical/communications skills.

Qualifications

Four-year degree required with marketing, economics, business admin, finance, or chemical engineering preferred.
12+ years of packaging industry experience in marketing.
External marketing experience including advertising, trade shows, and industry events.
Strong analytical and market research capabilities with ability to influence internal teams.

Responsibilities

Define market opportunities, customer makeup, and market sizing to guide strategy.
Lead promotion and pipeline activities for products via tradeshows and materials.
Set financial targets and KPIs; determine product and pricing needs for markets.
Lead business development for new technologies/products and cross-functional collaboration.
Inform and guide product marketing teams on capacity and technology needs.
