Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in marketing, product management, sales, or commercial roles in life sciences/diagnostics/medical devices
• Experience developing value propositions, messaging and positioning for customers
• Direct customer engagement through visits, conferences and professional meetings
• Experience supporting pricing and commercial strategy development
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the US IDAST portfolio
• Support product launch campaigns, educational programs, webinars, and promotional activities
• Partner with sales leadership to identify target accounts and drive instrument adoption and competitive conversions
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt sales enablement tools and customer materials for the U.S. market
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
