Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business and 5+ years of global or regional marketing experience.
• Experience in molecular diagnostics, informatics or related regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical/data insights into customer-focused strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global marketing strategy for molecular platforms and informatics across regions.
• Develop campaigns, messaging, and content for BD COR, BD MAX, and BD Synapsys.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pipeline opportunities.
• Measure campaigns and drive adoption, platform growth and funnel progression.
• Create sales tools, training materials, webinars, and informatics value messaging.
