Sikich seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to shape and drive the marketing strategy for Assurance, Tax and compliance‑related businesses. You will lead a dynamic team to develop growth plans aligned with leadership and execute innovative campaigns for prospective and existing clients.

You will collaborate across units, manage multi‑channel campaigns, measure ROI, mentor staff, and support sales enablement to increase opportunities and visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing/related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience with a track record of leading teams and campaigns.
• Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, events, social).
• Provide ROI reporting and metrics against goals.
