Qualifications

8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, matrixed organization with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

Go-to-market campaigns aligned to priority sectors and offerings
Integrate marketing functions from acquired firms into a unified GT model
Build a scalable content operation modeled on a content factory
Partner with Advisory marketing lead to ensure message consistency
Define and track KPIs: pipeline growth, win rates, alliance revenue, brand share of voice
Allocate time to strategy, integration, alignment, and capability building
