Job summary

Sikich LLC is seeking a seasoned Principal to lead high-impact client engagements and drive growth within professional services. You will manage executive relationships, translate strategic needs into actionable plans, and steer accounts toward increased revenue and client value.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field is required; master's preferred.
• Ten or more years of experience in professional services, consulting, or a related field.
• CPA certification required for accounting Principals; other relevant industry certifications preferred.
• Proven track record of leading client engagements and business development.
• Experience with private equity backed portfolio companies.
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery models and client lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure value delivery.
• Conduct executive-level presentations and facilitate strategic discussions.
