Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Ten+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related field.
• CPA certification required for accounting principals; other relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven track recordLeading client engagements and business development.
• Experience with private equity backed portfolio companies.
• Understanding of professional services delivery models and client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key clients; foster long-term relationships.
• Translate client needs into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Manage client expectations; resolve escalations; deliver value.
• Conduct executive-level presentations and strategic discussions.
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue and client impact.
