• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, matrixed organization with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Execution: Launch and manage Audit & Tax GTM campaigns aligned to priority sectors and offerings.
• Acquisition Marketing Integration: Evaluate and integrate marketing functions from acquired firms into a unified GT model.
• Content & Campaign Engine: Build a scalable content operation modeled on “content factory” principles—fast, compliant, personalized, and reusable.
• Cross-Service Line Alignment: Partner with Advisory marketing lead to ensure message consistency and avoid duplication.
• Analytics & Accountability: Define and track KPIs; deliver dashboards and insights for leadership.
• Time Allocation: 50% strategy/execution, 30% integration/change management, 10% alignment, 10% capability building.
